Acceptable use policy for trial users

This policy applies to anyone given trial access to Zeta-Reticuli AI software or hosted environments by ZETA-RETICULI.AI INC. (“we”, “us”). It adds to your trial agreement; where they conflict, the agreement wins.

You may

• Evaluate the agents, controls and task records for your organization’s own assessment.
• Run security testing against your trial environment within the scope we agree in writing.

You may not

• Use the trial for unlawful activity, or to harm, harass, surveil or defraud anyone.
• Process production personal data, regulated data (e.g. PHI, CJI, CUI, classified information) or payment card data in a trial unless we agree in writing that the environment is approved for it.
• Try to bypass agent sandboxing, attestation, approval gates or rate limits outside an agreed test scope.
• Attack systems other than your trial environment, including our other infrastructure or other customers.
• Use agents to produce malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Resell, sublicense or publicly benchmark the trial without our written permission.
• Use agent output as licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial, engineering); tasks classified “licensed-advisory-only” require a qualified human.

Enforcement

We may suspend a trial that violates this policy, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.

Reporting

Report misuse or security issues to the contact in our Responsible disclosure policy.
